Wilson Launches A New Partnership for Tennis in Singapore
Wilson is weaving together opportunities for aspiring athletes, community initiatives and a year-round presence at Kallang Tennis Hub.
On 18 September 2026, Avid Sports, Wilson’s authorised distributor and local market execution partner for Southeast Asia, announced multi-year partnerships with The Kallang Group and the Singapore Tennis Association (STA) to advance the future of tennis in Singapore.
The partnerships bring together Wilson’s year-round presence at Kallang Tennis Hub with player and coach development initiatives through STA, supporting Singapore’s wider tennis community.

Managed by The Kallang Group, Kallang Tennis Hub will see Avid Sports lead Wilson’s role as Official Venue Partner, introducing a dedicated Wilson Pro Shop alongside equipment, product expertise and racket services. The partnership will also bring tennis activations and initiatives to the facility, enhancing the everyday playing experience.
Furthermore, Avid Sports introduces ‘Stringing Across the City’, bringing professional racket care closer to players through complimentary stringing services at Wilson’s direct-to-consumer stores across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. Players can bring any racket brand and either purchase Wilson strings in-store or bring their own, with no service charge.
On the player development front, the Singapore Tennis Athlete Player Scholarship Programme will support up to 16 high-potential players across the U12, U14, U16 and Senior categories. Recipients will receive Wilson performance equipment and apparel as they work towards national and international representation. Marking Wilson’s first athlete scholarship programme for Singapore tennis players, the initiative will also see the brand sign Singaporean players for the first time.
Beyond the court, 10 STA coaches will receive Wilson equipment and apparel annually, alongside development initiatives under the Community and Coach Initiative.

Together, the collaboration spans three pillars: the Singapore Tennis Athlete Player Scholarship Programme, Community and Coach Initiative, and STA Official Ball Initiative. It also complements Wilson’s role as the Official Ball Partner of the 2026 Singapore Tennis Open presented by BNP Paribas, extending its support from grassroots participation to the professional game.
