Taste the Stars: The Michelin Guide Singapore 2026 is Out
The 2026 edition of Michelin Guide Singapore is out, and here’s where to taste the stars.
The 2026 edition of Singapore’s Michelin Food Guide has arrived, and from the looks of it, there’s even more reason to eat our way through the Little Red Dot. This year’s edition also marks an important milestone for the local edition of the Guide, what with it being the tenth edition.

A total of 307 establishments have made it to 2026’s list: 45 Starred restaurants, 97 Bib Gourmand places and 165 Selected restaurants, once again proving that Singapore’s culinary scene still has much to offer.
12 restaurants have the honour of having held at least a Star since the Guide’s inaugural 2016 edition. Honourees include Odette, Candlenut, Cut and Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle. It’s a laudable feat that these establishments have stood the test of time in an ever-evolving dining scene,
